As someone who believes in the importance of quality Jewish education, we invite you to partner with our school by joining our Chai Club campaign.

The Chai Club is based on a simple premise from the Talmud, “Each and every penny adds up to a large amount.”

Here's how it works:

Friends, community members, and others who have been touched by Shaarei Chinuch Day School are asked to commit to a regular monthly contribution in a multiple of 18, or Chai, which means LIFE in Hebrew. The goal of the Chai Club is to help sustain and give "life" to SCDS on an ongoing basis.

What will my $18 do? A lot.

Ten people giving $18 per month (about 59 cents daily) is $180 per month. Over twelve months that is $2160.

Now if ten donors give $18 per month and ten donors give $36 per month and ten donors give $72 per month and ten donors give $108 per month and ten donors give $180 per month, that would mean 50 donors are contributing $49,680 annually! Add another 50 donors and it's almost $100,000 annually!

The Chai Club relies on the strength and power of the united participation of the community, and the exponential growth potential is amazing.
